  The lady (around 50s) at the reception was unprofessional and even a bit rude when she was explaining that they don't charge our credit card unless we show up in the hotel even though we had already paid online before we came! There Was no need for this way , customer service is about to be patient and explain more about your motel system to the client not to get inpatient and start to have attitude with the customer. Consider that the customer already used his/her credit card to book the room online already, so when the customer comes to hotel you ( the grumpy receptionist lady) ask him/her again for the credit card to pay for the room. You should understand that this looks Bazaar to anybody, as the customer think that you double charge him/her. So it won't hurt to explain NICELY your payment system to the client once more, THIS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE!

  Room NOT serviced daily, bed very uncomfortable, bathroom could be cleaner, rooms could be quieter and you get charged if you don't clean the dishes.

  However it was good short holiday in Pemberton. We didn't let this annoy us and we enjoyed Pemberton.

  I was there 2 years back , it's was my first time going here just for sleep nothing more. For me the motel is cheap and have all the basic. There have nice entrance with coffee corner beside the lobby. I was arrived at 7pm and left at 7am. I was enjoyed what their have, the location is near to Gloucester tree and I was enjoyed morning bird sound after opened my room sliding door.
