Animals, coffee & pancakes. Family friendly and a great place to bag breakfast or brunch

Called ahead to check they were open and were told they were open till 4. I then said we would be by in a little while, very keen. We use to love this place and would probably have bought scones for 6 people and some various bits and pieces in the gift shop. After driving an hour and a half out of our way we pulled up only to be told they had closed early, regardless of our call. Guess we will be going to Cape Lavender from now on for all our lavender gifts and scones as they have superior service. What a shame. Very disappointed. Definitely give this one a miss.

went to the berry farm after 2pm and there are no others around. the road leading to the berry farm gives the feel of a well trodden path to a small cottage hidden somewhere in the mountain. really nice place with horse and other small animals. plenty of little birds flying around the fruit trees and flowers around the place. their berry is a must try and sipping on the tea and tucking into the berry pie in such an environment really give such a warm and relaxing feel :)

Fantastic homemade pancakes and ice-cream. A mini zoo in the back and good birdlife.

Still lovely place for an afternoon tea with scones. Crazy birds everywhere.
